How It Works

1. Place Your Order
- Add to cart and include your hire date and any personalisation details (vinyl/acrylic colour, names, dates, etc.) in the personalisation box.

2. Confirmation & Proof
- We’ll confirm your hire date and send a design proof for approval.
- A $75 refundable bond will be required at this stage.

3. Pickup Details
- You’ll hear from us again 7 days prior to arrange your pickup time.

4. Bond Return
- Your bond will be fully refunded within 48 hours of the wishing well being returned in its original condition.

Wishing wells are to be collected from and returned to our studio in Kenthurst, 2156. Delivery is not offered for this product.
